“We believe that we should resume diplomatic contacts. And we made other proposals where we can find something in common in a political sense,” Stoltenberg said.
According to the NATO Secretary General, the Alliance is ready to listen to the Russian side in order to reach an agreement.
“We already have a long history on the issue of arms control and the limitation of strategic nuclear weapons, intermediate and short-range missiles, treaties on measures to counter conflicts,” Stoltenberg added.
