Ahead of what is expected to be the final round of collective bargaining for the state public sector in Potsdam from December 7, 2023, employees will increase the pressure on employers with a nationwide warning strike in North Rhine-Westphalia. Kick-off rally of the dbb on Jägerhofstrasse in the immediate vicinity of the Ministry of Finance. The unions’ core demands are:
- Employees’ salaries should be increased by 10.5 percent, but at least by 500 euros per month.
- The salaries of trainees, students and interns are to be increased by 200 euros per month.
- The term should be 12 months.
- Permanent full-time employment of trainees and dual students after successfully completing their training.
