From March 8, 2023, more than 70,000 children in Amsterdam (and Amstelveen, among others) (from 9 years old) will receive an invitation for their free vaccinations for MMR, DTP, HPV and Meningococci. From March 22, 2023, they can go to a nearby injection location.

Who receives the invitation
-HPV (human papillomavirus): all boys and girls born in 2005, 2007, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Young people who have previously had their first HPV vaccination will now receive an invitation for the second (last) shot.
-Meningococcus: all boys and girls born in 2009.
– MMR (mumps, measles, rubella) and/or DTP (diphtheria, whooping cough, polio): all boys and girls born in 2014.
For MMR, DTP and Meningococci this is the last shot in a series. This protects your child against these diseases for a long time.
Look into it schema when it’s your neighborhood’s turn. You will receive an invitation by post two weeks before the appointment. Per area there is one location and day on which the vaccinations are given. All injection locations are easily accessible and accessible with a wheelchair.
