Likewise, they celebrated that unlike 2018, when more than 700 cases were reported in Santa Cruz, the pathology is controlled today, since there are currently only three cases of canine rabies, and none in humans.
At the opening ceremony, it was reported that this Saturday, September 9 and Sunday, September 10, from early in the morning until four in the afternoon, continuously, 68 points will be enabled for vaccination in the cityin the four health networks, and 400 in the province.
Additionally, specific points have been arranged, such as squares, parks, markets and educational units.
After this weekend, authorities will rakes in the neighborhoods to immunize animals, but also to identify if there are cases of rabies. It will be until September 22, both in the capital of Santa Cruz and in the provinces.
At 7:00 p.m. this Saturday, Headquarters will have preliminary data on the progress of the campaign, which will be carried out on a national scale, as part of the work of the Ministry of Health and Sports.
In Santa Cruz alone, almost three thousand vaccination points have been enabled, and 15 thousand people have been deployed.

All dogs and cats, from 45 days old, according to veterinarian Agustín Galarza.
