The possibility
In this role, you will be called upon to support strategic planning, business facilitation and marketing as part of market access initiatives targeting three of our national priority sectors: Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction; Retail and consumer products; and Technology, media and telecommunications. As the Marketing and Facilitation Contact Person, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the programs as well as the measurement of results. You will work closely with national sector leadership teams as well as regional leadership teams, combining national and local business objectives to lead the strategic planning process and determine the most effective market access programs and initiatives. effective in building our industry expertise and expanding our network, and fostering growth in opportunities and revenues. You will effectively use and communicate your in-depth knowledge of EY’s full range of capabilities and solutions to enable customer service teams to engage with customers, create opportunities and grow increasingly successful in the marketplace. Your main responsibilities
- Be a key member of the national sector leadership teams to facilitate the expected growth of the group.
- Focus on strengthening our brand with account managers, potential clients and key influencers in the industry.
- Streamline the strategic planning process for Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction, Retail & Consumer Products, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications teams to determine appropriate market access activities to ensure Company growth on the market.
- Lead and manage the execution of the market access strategy, with particular emphasis on marketing campaigns. Work closely with industry leaders, including service line and sub-sector leaders, to determine business needs and investment areas.
- Manage projects focused on market access activities and prioritize initiatives in support of national strategic plans and opportunity development.
- Stay on top of demand, trends and opportunities through insightful analysis of the market, service lines and industry accounts, and continually identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee adherence to industry-specific opportunities pipeline and revenue reporting requirements to monitor the impact of market access initiatives on pipeline, revenue and expected growth, and report on progress to The direction.
- Track and report on return on investment in campaigns, programs, events, sponsorships and marketing efforts.
- Ensure knowledge retention by leveraging the full range of EY services and solutions to deliver best practices and relevant insights across industries, and provide tools to facilitate discussions with clients.
- Foster connectivity, mobilization and communication across all sectors. Liaise with teams and global industry leaders, particularly in the areas of business development, operations, marketing and knowledge.

To be eligible for this position, you must have
- a bachelor’s degree, preferably a graduate degree, in business administration, marketing or a related field;
- at least eight years of relevant business experience;
- solid experience in the management and implementation of programs / projects / campaigns;
- strong stakeholder management skills; ease in working with senior leaders;
- a demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple market access initiatives that result in the creation of a pipeline of opportunities and sales;
- In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, as well as related implementation and evaluation (data analysis, dashboarding, reporting, etc.);
- strong organizational and time management skills; demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, complex projects and initiatives;
- strong team spirit – ability to work effectively independently and remotely.
Ideally you also have
- experience in the professional services sector, a great asset;
- B2B marketing experience an asset.
