Recall, back on August 11, the National Security and Defense Council decided to recommend to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny to dismiss all the heads of the regional territorial recruitment and social support centers.
They were instructed to appoint the military to their positions, who went through the front, but cannot now fight due to health problems.
The reason for these decisions
Recall that recently in Ukraine there have been resonant scandals that are associated with the leadership of the military registration and enlistment offices. In particular, journalists found a villa in Spain and luxury cars at the head of the territorial recruitment center of the Odessa region, Yevgeny Borisov.
At the same time, the military commissar of the Dnipropetrovsk region is suspected of illegal enrichment, since during a full-scale war he registered several cars and two apartments in Dnipro for his father.
Against this background, inspections of the entire leadership of the military registration and enlistment offices began in Ukraine. According to Zelensky, law enforcement officers found many heinous abuses.
