During her visit to Quindío, the president of the National Savings Fund Laura Roa Zeidán referred to the process of strengthening the entity with the purpose of democratizing housing credit in the regions of the country.
He maintained that last year they disbursed 4,800 housing loans and this year they expect 24,500 mortgage loans nationwide. The president said that in the department they have 21 thousand members and 2,150 active loans, so they aspire to double the figure by 2024.

He recalled that it is key for young people to know that they must be a maximum of 28 years old on the date of filing the loan. Regarding the benefits, he highlighted that the financing percentage is up to 90% (initial fee 10%).
Currently, Generación FNA has a total of 4,982 procedures nationwide.
