National Salon of Visual Arts: Celebrating Argentine Contemporary Art in its 111th Edition

The National Salon of Visual Arts is the oldest event that is held uninterruptedly in our country, in its 111th edition it exhibits and also rewards the most representative works of Argentine contemporary art. On September 21, the exhibition of the selected and awarded works opens at the Palais De Glace. Since the previous edition, it has a more federal and inclusive character, with a new regulation that governs the quotas of 50% participation of people residing outside of CABA, 50% female participation and 5% trans quota. From ENTRAMANDO by FM Dimensión we spoke with Patricia Viel, who together with Alejandra Montiel are two of the selected artists from Santa Cruz representing the Patagonia region.
