Colombia is a country in which music is part of the great cultural and sound richness of the territories, with a number of rhythms and accents that make up the cultural identity of its regions and in which artists are born who sing to their homeland as show of love and affection for their territory.
This is why the objective of the National Radio of Colombia, through its 68 radio stationsis to make visible all the talent of singer-songwriters that emerge from the territories, where the peace stations are located, strengthening the social fabric in the regions.
To date, three peasant music festivals have already been held in the country. The first was held in Antioquia, taking center stage in Ituango, Chaparral (Tolima), San Jacinto (Bolívar), Convencion (Norte de Santander) and Fonseca (Guajira).
The second festival had as protagonists the territories of Algeciras, Arauquita, El Tambo and Florida, in which an event of great joy was experienced and in which its participants showed their skills in music and, above all, the need to build peace through its instruments and lyrics.
And this December 23th, the grand final of the third Festival of Peasant Music of the peace stations of the National Radio of Colombia will be held, in which the territories of Puerto Leguizamo (Putumayo), Bojayá (Chocó), Mesetas (Meta), San José del Guaviare (Guaviare), San Vicente del Caguán (Caquetá), Tumaco (Nariño) and Fundación (Magdalena). That day twenty presentations will be heard, one for each group or soloist, and the 7 winners will be chosen.

The broadcast will be live and direct, on the 68 frequencies of Radio Nacional de Colombia, with Facebook Live transmission. The event will be between 10 and 12 noon. The jurors will be Jessica Molano, Edgardo Ochoa and Jaime Andrés Monsalve.
