National Police brought water to populations in La Loma, Cesar

In an action carried out by the Cesar Police Department, and in the company of officials assigned to the La Loma Police Substation, municipality of El Paso, they carried out the supply of drinking water to the neighborhoods of Álamos del Norte, Sabana Linda and Divine Child.

From the streets of these sectors, the uniformed officers delivered a thousand cubic meters of drinking water to families who suffer difficulties in obtaining supplies of the precious liquid. With tanks, buckets and all types of containers, the community received drinking water, thanking the activity carried out by the National Police, who proudly received the expressions of gratitude from the community.

“We want to highlight that we are a Police Force for the people, and if it is in our hands to support the people who need it most in different circumstances, we will do so,” said the colonel. Eduardo Chamorro Pinzón, commander of the Cesar Police Department.

The activity was also a time to invite citizens to report any type of crime to the 123 emergency line, from any cell phone.
