Gas station oil prices across the country have risen for the third consecutive week.

As a result of the results of the Korea National Oil Corporation’s oil price information service, the sales price of gasoline in the second week of December (12.7-10) was 1,339.1 won per liter, up 12.2 won from last week.

Gasoline prices remained flat in July-August, and continued to decline from September to 1,317.4 won per liter, then rebounded from the end of November, rising for three consecutive weeks.

The sales price of diesel at gas stations also rose 12.3 won from last week to an average of 1,139.5 won per liter.

It is analyzed that the domestic oil price is also jumping as the international oil price rises due to the recent anticipation for the development of the Corona 19 vaccine. As international oil prices remain on the rise, domestic oil prices are expected to rise further.
