NNA – Batroun – Three students were killed and two were injured when a GMC four-wheel drive truck collided with them on the eastern lane of the Autostrad after Hamat Tunnel towards Chekka.
The accident took place at dawn today, and it was learned that two of the accident victims were from the Hasbaya area, and the bodies and the two injured students were transferred to the region’s hospitals.
As for the truck driver, he fled with his truck to an unknown destination, with reference to a plate belonging to the truck, which was found at the scene of the accident, and the security forces launched investigations to find out the details.
