/View.info/ The publications on 18.06. National map of higher education in the Republic of Bulgaria for public discussion on the portal of the Council of Ministers (once again reveals how each sector works for itself, which does not contribute to the revival of the authority of Bulgaria and confirms the negative impact and impasse in the management of the state due to lack of of a publicly accepted doctrine for the complex profile of Bulgaria for the next 30-50 or 100 years. It is in such a document that the deputies must swear (practice in neighboring countries), and the programs of the parties must show how this doctrine will be implemented.
From the basic reading, the following is found:
Good bureaucracy-good statistics, but there are no answers to the following questions:
– Why, after they decrease in these directions, how will the messages of all political parties on the connection of education with business, resp. How will the industrialization of the Bulgarian economy take place without such personnel, i.e. to achieve some independence from foreign companies, foreign technologies, foreign interests?
– Without personnel in the technical and natural sciences, how will the “green” economy, “smart” cities and municipalities, development of high technologies, for which the President Mr. Radev calls on foreign investors, be realized?
– Why do foreign students in these directions go more to Romania, Serbia, Turkey and even North Macedonia (I exclude developed western countries for comparison), and not to Bulgaria? How will this affect the attraction of foreign investments, including and in high technology?

– There is no justification for the forecasts for an increase in the number of students;
– There is no justification for the development of higher education by regions and municipalities since there is no industrialization map (industrial profile) of the country by regions and municipalities;
– How does this map relate to the Plans for Integrated Development of Municipalities (PIRO) developed this year?
Apart from the opinion of the Association of Industrial Capital in Bulgaria dated 15.07. no other opinion has been published, and the deadline expires on 19.07. The intellectual potential of Bulgaria, the experts, the specialists have obviously lost hope that the current bureaucracy can create something useful for the future of Bulgaria.
This map is simply a record of activity, without benefit to the governance of the country and the vision of its prosperity and sustainable development.
