Furthermore, Mahatma said when a person feels the symptoms of greges, they must rest, limit interactions, and self-isolate. If symptoms do not subside within 24 hours, a swab test is recommended. Checking the swab test is an effort that can distinguish whether what is being experienced is the common cold or the Omicron variant.

“Through the swab test, it is also hoped that it can suppress transmission of Omicron. In addition, it also protects people who are at risk of experiencing severe symptoms such as the elderly, people who have not been vaccinated, and people with comorbidities,” he explained.
