The National Government has delivered more than $370,000 million to benefit popular agricultural economy enterprisesof which women have been the greatest beneficiaries.
According to information from the Presidency, the Agrarian Bank made disbursements of $374,015 million, of which $320,611 were allocated to popular agricultural economy ventures and, the remaining, $53,404 million in sectors that do not belong to agriculture.
Total, More than 61,193 clients have benefited between August 2022 and December 23, 2023.
These disbursements have been made through the Creo linelaunched by the National Government precisely for the popular economy and to eradicate the ‘drop by drop’ model.
“In the case of the non-agricultural sector, The maximum amount is $2 million and a term of up to 12 months. For the agricultural sector up to $4 million and a 24-month term“explained the National Government in a statement.
