Future National Day
In 2023, our ÜK center opened its doors for the first time for the special project “Changing sides – boys find health professions”. The ad spaces were filled quickly. On Future Day, students in grades 5 to 7 learned the professions Health expert (FaGe) and Health and Social Care Assistant (HSA) know better.
Our program “Health Professions – Professionals for People” began with a visit to the Vivo residence in Köniz. Residents proudly showed off their cozy homes and motivated learners spoke about their studies and future plans.
After that, a refreshing walk took us to our ÜK center.
Special: The students were directly integrated into continuous lessons with our FaGe learners. An exciting change for the latter – but also for our foster doll, Mr Hugentobler, who received much more care and attention that day.
Program: health professions – professionals for people
National Future Day is no ordinary careers day, it’s about changing attitudes: girls and boys get practical insights into careers and areas of work where their gender is underrepresented.
