This August 15 is celebrated the National Day of Mexican Cinema, which was promulgated thanks to an initiative approved on April 20, 2017 with the aim of recognizing and promoting film productions of Mexican culture.
As part of the festivities, some commercial film chains and, above all, cultural venues join the celebrations by projecting a series of films, short films and short films by national producers, in addition to recognizing actors and actresses of the seventh art.
