Director of Courier and Logistics Business of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Siti Choiriana said the free postage program in the PosAja application! is a gift from PT Pos Indonesia on National Customer Day. This program is a form of Pos Indonesia’s commitment to provide maximum service to the people of Indonesia.

To get this program, customers live todownload PosAja app! in Play Store for Android and the App Store for smartphone non-android. After men-download, customers will be asked login by filling in the data.
After login, customers will be presented with a screen containing various features of the PosAja service! Customers just choose the delivery service to be used. After placing an order, the O-ranger courier will pick up and deliver the package according to the intended address.

2. Free shipping only applies within the city

However, this free shipping program only applies to delivery services within the city of Pos Instant Plus. Instant Post is a city courier service with a distance of 10 km from the sender’s and recipient’s addresses. This program is not valid at the counter or Post Office.

Ana further explained that the National Customer Day free shipping program is an effort by Pos Indonesia to increase shipment transactions on weekends. Moreover, currently Pos Indonesia continues to serve customers on Saturdays and Sundays for 24 hours.
