National artistic swimming team prepares routine heading to Paris 2024

In search of the perfect routine, the national artistic swimming team traveled to the World Cup in Paris, France; one of his last competitions prior to his debut at the 2024 Olympic Games.

Adriana Loftus, national coach, highlighted the importance of taking care of every detail less than three months before the start of the summer tournament.

“We are at a point where any mistake any girl makes can send us from first to last place. We must be focused and try to do well in this Cup where the best teams in the world will be,” she commented.

After almost three decades, Mexico will participate in the team modality, so they do not plan to waste the opportunity.

“The main thing is going to be having a clean routine, because with this qualification system anything can happen. Mexico of course wants an Olympic medal but there are many factors to take into account.”

Jessica Sobrino, the team’s acrobat, was excited to see the headquarters where Mexico will make history in a few weeks.

“It is going to be a very special competition because it is Paris. “We have trained very hard in recent weeks and we are going to demonstrate our level as Pan American monarchs.”

In his first Olympic Games, Sobrino will seek to lead the national team to a memorable performance.

“I’m already counting the days until we debut, we are all very excited and very confident in the level of our routines.”
