The preparation
Here they are for four weeks of effort by the first game of the new season (2021-2022) in National 1 female, September 11, at Le Pouzin (Ardèche). Cassandra Bonnet (coach): “The simple fact of everyone meeting with a smile is a pleasure! Even if the preparation will not necessarily be easy for the girls because it will be necessary to break the daily routine of these last months and get back to work. We will start with tests, then two weeks of physical preparation, a weekend of cohesion and finally two classic weeks of training before the first match. The season is going to be long and dense, so the goal will first be to see match after match and reinstate our game. ”
Leïsie Ngavouka (captain): “It feels good to resume, there is a lot of desire, finally hoping to have a full season. The matches, the girls, the group, all this was starting to fail … even the physical training, that is to say (laughs) ! We had individual preparation programs to follow since mid-June and there everyone seems to be in good shape so that’s good. Now we will have to find our automatisms. “
