The program works as follows: the four panel members all perform with their ‘Secret Singer’ and during the duet they have to figure out who they are actually singing with. The song is divided into four parts, so that the panellists can get a little help with clues in between.
The celebrities on the couch can also guess during the duet to earn points. If they think they know who their colleague is singing with, they earn three points. The person next to the wall can earn five. Sounds simple, right? Well no. Already during the first duet it appears that it is still quite difficult…

Donnie is the first to hit the stage with his hit ‘Bon Gepakt’. Normally he sings the duet together with René Froger, but now another Froger takes over from him: his wife Natasja. And that while Dave thinks it must be a girl of 32, so a compliment for 56-year-old ‘Natas’. “It’s so obvious that I just get scared, it’s unbelievable,” said Frans after the unveiling.
“This is really the most exciting thing I’ve ever done,” says Natasja afterwards. “I thought this was so exciting. I thought you could see my shaking knees behind that screen. I’m still shaking all over. Of course I can’t sing at all, but I think this is such an amazing song that I thought: I’m going just do it.”
