Gumenyuk headed the joint coordination press center of the Defense Forces of southern Ukraine in April 2022. She is also assistant chief department for interaction with the media of the regional department of maritime security of the State Border Service of Ukraine (Odessa).
“For me, leading the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine is the first such powerful experience and a big experiment. Like the center itself,” – commented she is her purpose.
Natalya Gumenyuk – Knight of the Order of Princess Olga, III degree. She was awarded on September 12, 2022 for personal courage and selfless actions shown in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and loyalty to the military oath.
