Many people probably remember how much emotion Krzysztof Stanowski’s video about Natalia Janoszek’s career aroused on the Internet. The actress quickly announced that she would take appropriate legal action – and so it happened. In her last statement, she revealed the stage of the case. He seems to be celebrating a small victory…
“District Court for Warsaw – Mokotów in Warsaw, 1st Civil Department, Section for hearing enforcement cases […] decides to impose a fine of PLN 15,000 on the debtor, Krzysztof Stanowski. PLN in connection with the debtors’ actions contrary to the obligation arising from the decision of the District Court in Warsaw,” we read in the letter made public by Natalia Janoszek.

The decision is from June 2023. The court then decided that Krzysztof Stanowski and Kanał Sportowy could not publish information about Natalia Janoszek.
The letter also contains information that Krzysztof must pay the agreed amount of fine within a week, otherwise he may be arrested.
“Assuming that one day of arrest corresponds to PLN 500,” it was written in the document.
Stanowski and Kanał Sportowy were also obliged to reimburse the costs of the proceedings in the amount of PLN 397.
“To put an end to the speculations already circulating: the fine was awarded to the State Treasury,” Natalia Janoszek added on Instagram.

When exactly did Stanowski break the ban? The decision noted that the ban applied to Channel Sportowy and the Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter profiles belonging to Channel Sportowy and Krzysztof Stanowski. It also concerned the entities in which they are partners.
After upholding the ban, Stanowski immediately spoke on this matter in one of his films:
“One way or another, material about her will be released soon, because that’s why I went to Mumbai and beyond. For the facts. And whether she likes it or not, I will reveal these facts.”
This is what happened, and the video appeared – the consequences of which will be felt by the journalist’s wallet. It must be admitted that after Krzysztof Stanowski’s very good streak, more difficult times have come. It even seems that the situation with Janoszek is currently the least of his worries. After all, he had just published a video in which he explained that someone was impersonating his phone number and making life significantly difficult for the entire family.
