The sea pincer (Idotea balthica) is an animal of the crustacean family. The Black Sea contains only 17.3% salt, and this percentage is close to the composition of salt in the human body. For comparison, salinity in the Mediterranean Sea is 36%. The low salt content is favorable for the development of these crustaceans.
