Party General Treasurer NasDem Ahmad Sahroni will not be included in the winning National Team (Timnas). Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMEN). Sahroni also revealed the reason.
“Yes, I didn’t enter the national team,” said Sahroni CNNIndonesia.com via written message, Sunday (12/11).
Sahroni said that he would focus more on the 2024 legislative elections. According to him, the formation of the AMIN National Team was filled with great figures.
However, he admitted that he did not know the names of those who would fill the positions in the AMIN National Team later.
Meanwhile, Sahroni himself was reportedly an alternative captain for the AMIN national team. His name appeared together with Deputy General Chairperson of NasDem Ahmad Ali.
Meanwhile, Anies and Cak Imin have not yet announced the complete composition of their winning team.
They said they would announce the AMIN National Team on Sunday (12/11). However, the announcement was postponed.
Anies Baswedan’s spokesperson, Angga Putra Fidrian, said the announcement was postponed because not all of the selected AMIN National Team members had gathered in Jakarta.
He explained that the announcement would be made until all members of the national team were in Jakarta. According to him, the announcement will be made after the drawing of presidential and vice presidential candidate numbers at the KPU on Tuesday (14/11).
