INDOZONE.ID – The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) recently revealed the launch date of the space tourism mission or rather to the ISS that they have planned with Axiom Space.
Noted that NASA and Axiom Space will carry out the mission called Ax-1 on February 28, 2022 where this will be a tourist flight to the International Space Station for the first time.

The four people who will become the first ISS tourists include investor and philanthropist Mark Pathy, entrepreneur Larry Connor, former Israeli Air Force pilot Eytan Stibbe, and former NASA astronaut Michael Lopez-Alegria.
Because Michael Lopez-Alegria is a former astronaut and already has better experience, he was chosen to be the commander of the Ax-1 mission.
Excluding Michael, the three astronauts who will be traveling to ISS The agency is known to have spent the usual US $ 55 million or equivalent to Rp. 785 billion per person to stay on the ISS for one week.
Of course, this is one of the plans that will make a new history. The reason is that so far, tours to space such as Jeff Bezos and Richard Branson are still close to Earth’s atmosphere while the ISS is farther away.
