This was done to protect astronaut when choosing materials for clothes space and spaceships.

So, how did the engineers design the room astronaut safe from fire while in outer space?
SoFIE project scientist Paul Ferkul explains, NASA launched a series of SoFIE experiments designed for Northrop Grumman’s 17th cargo supply mission to the International Space Station.
In his instructions, SoFIE will run on an Integrated Rack Combustion station that has a space where an experiment can be carried out safely.
“With NASA planning outposts on other planetary bodies such as the Moon and Mars, we should be able to live there with minimal risk,” he said, at Pusat Study Glenn NASA in Cleveland, United States (US).
