NASA’s Space Telescope Kepler, which has made new studies of great importance for the history of space, has discovered planets floating freely in space. Signals from these planets, which are very difficult to catch, were found by microlensing.
Under normal conditions, any planet revolves around the stars. During this turn, if it is pulled towards itself by another star, it continues on its way in space independently. Thus, a situation called impossible by scientists emerges.
Even the famous physicist Einstein said that observing these planets is almost impossible. Such planets can of course be found at many points in space. But it can be said that they are almost impossible to observe.
Scientists often use stars when discovering new planets. Planets passing in front of the stars turn off the light of this star and thus the discovery takes place. But free-floating planets are hard to find because they don’t orbit stars.
Space agencies such as NASA and ESA are conducting intensive studies on such planets floating freely in space. Scientists say that the new data to be obtained will provide a better understanding of such planets.
