Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – NASA astronauts who live on the International Space Station (ISS) said they felt sad when they saw Earth from space. This is because there are a number of great fires happening on Earth.
This story was revealed by Megan McArthur during an interview with Insider. He said the fire was not only happening in the United States (US) alone.
“We are very sad to see fires across much of the Earth, not just the United States,” said Megan McArthur.
The fire on Earth was captured by satellite imagery. It was seen that the fire formed a cloud of smoke of astronomical proportions in a number of areas.

The US reportedly had to recruit a sufficient number of firefighters. That way the country can overcome the fire disaster.
In addition to the US, the country must face the fire incident. Starting from Siberia, Greece, Spain to the Pacific Northwest, and Turkey also experienced fires and were hit hard by it.
The challenge of fires must be faced and overcome by the entire global community. Scientists have also warned about the incident, Megan said.
“For years scientists around the world have been ringing this alarm bell. This is a warning to the entire global community. It takes the entire global community to face this and overcome these challenges,” he said.
