NASA and SpaceX launch resupply mission to International Space Station

Los Angeles (ANTARA) – The United States space agency (NASA) and space company SpaceX launched a resupply service mission to the International Space Station (ISS) on Monday (5/6).

The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft, which is the company’s Falcon 9 rocket, took off at 11:47 local time (22:47 WIB) from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s launch center at Kennedy Space Center, Florida, United States.

The mission brings scientific research, crew supplies and hardware to the space station to support the Expedition 69 crew, including the ISS’s new Roll Out Solar Arrays flexible solar panel set.

Once installed, the solar panels will boost energy production capabilities on the ISS, according to NASA.
