Narcís Rebollo has been promoted to CEO and President of Global Talent Services (GTS)the leading Latin artist services agency owned by Universal Music Group (UMG).

This appointment marks a new stage in the trajectory of GTS, which will become a independent divisionseparate from UMG’s local record labels. Rebollo will assume leadership of GTS’ global operations, overseeing its divisions in the United States, Latin America, Spain and Portugal, reporting directly to Jesus LopezPresident and CEO of Universal Music Latin America & Iberian Peninsula.

Founded in 2007 by Jesús López, GTS has grown to become the leading full service agency for latin artists. The agency specializes in artistic management, booking, promotion and brand partnerships. Rebollo, who has been in charge of Universal Music in the Iberian Peninsula since 2015has been a key figure in the growth of the agency and the expansion of its services in Spain and Portugal.
