Narcís Rebollo has been promoted to CEO and President of Global Talent Services (GTS)the leading Latin artist services agency owned by Universal Music Group (UMG).
This appointment marks a new stage in the trajectory of GTS, which will become a independent divisionseparate from UMG’s local record labels. Rebollo will assume leadership of GTS’ global operations, overseeing its divisions in the United States, Latin America, Spain and Portugal, reporting directly to Jesus LopezPresident and CEO of Universal Music Latin America & Iberian Peninsula.
GTS: An expanding agency
Founded in 2007 by Jesús López, GTS has grown to become the leading full service agency for latin artists. The agency specializes in artistic management, booking, promotion and brand partnerships. With offices in eight countries, GTS has been a key driver in the internationalization of Latin artists, helping to increase their global presence and success over the last decade.
Rebollo, who has been in charge of Universal Music in the Iberian Peninsula since 2015has been a key figure in the growth of the agency and the expansion of its services in Spain and Portugal. Under his leadership, GTS has incorporated the organization of concerts, tours, festivals and live events, expanding its reach and relevance in the live music industry.

The decision of make GTS an independent division within Universal Music Group underlines the strategic importance of the agency in the global structure of UMG. With Rebollo at the helm, the company seeks to strengthen its position in the growing Latin music market, providing comprehensive support to its artists. Among GTS’s main clients are renowned artists such as David Bisbal, Pablo López, Morat, Aitana, Lola Indigo and other big names in Latin music.

With solid experience in the industry, Narcís Rebollo He has proven to be a leader capable of driving transformations. Before joining Universal Music, Rebollo began his career in the music industry in Barcelona, working for independent companies such as Divucsa and BMG. Later, he co-founded Vale Musican independent music company specializing in EDM and hit television formats such as Operation Triumph. Following the acquisition of Vale Music by Universal Music in 2006, Rebollo was promoted in various areas, until he became President of Universal Music in the Iberian Peninsula.
