Maintenance and Workshops Pole – General Maintenance Department – breakdown services

You carry out repair and repair work in carpentry for the buildings of the city, Nantes Métropole and the CCAS.
Your missions are:
– Organize and prepare the activity : analyze the site, respect the safety rules, manage the supply of the stock of parts in conjunction with the store and the technician.
– Ensure the repair or replacement of openings: doors, windows, roller shutters.
– Collaborate and exchange information: report on its activity to its site and workshop supervisors, alert on malfunctions, complete activity sheets.
Secondary activities of the position
Support for the maintenance of backyard games in troubleshooting.

Very good technical knowledge in carpentry
Knowledge of the rules of the art in the matter: DTU unified technical document
Knowledge of the use of machine tools
Knowledge of the internal organization and its professional environment.
