The City of Nantes, 6th largest city in France, is recruiting for the 2021 population census.
The service is made up of 3 assistants, and 5 controllers in direct collaboration with the manager and his assistant.

Under the responsibility of the person in charge, you participate in the general organization of the operations of the annual population census.
Your missions are:
- Organize, participate and follow the activity of the sector.
- Make sure that the procedures are correctly applied.
- Provide technical and functional support to the administrative team.
- Write, distribute reports and reports.
- Manage and distribute supplies.
- Provide telephone and physical reception.
- Ensure a qualitative follow-up of the activity.
- Welcome the enumerators and the administrative team.
- Ensure quality control of census surveys.
- Enter data as part of recruitment procedures.

- Master secretarial techniques and office applications

Work from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. in shifts.
