Nantes: Kombouaré reacts to his sanction

For his critical remarks on the Nice-Nantes arbitration (1-1) on 23 October, Antoine Kombouaré was banned from three matches on Wednesday, two of which were suspended. The Nantes coach respects the sanction but speaks of “injustice”.

“I respect the decision of the commission but I consider it an injustice. In the hearing I felt understood but I was reminded of my duty to lead by example by telling me that the referees were in trouble. My words were certainly a bit strong, but the referee who did not tell me the truth is not sanctioned, “the Canarian coach told L’Equipe.
