In October, the association les Extraordinaires launched Chefs Extraordinaires TV, a culinary channel dedicated to people with a disability and gourmets who love cooking. In these videos, the staff of the Reflet restaurants offer recipes and tips intended to develop the autonomy in the kitchen of people with disabilities and, beyond that, to help anyone wishing to break with industrial prepared meals. From this initiative was born yet another project: that of creating a certified vocational training program adapted to all disabilities. Part of this training in the hotel and catering industry, developed with the CFA Médéric Paris, which already trains around fifteen disabled apprentices per year, would be provided by video. Likewise, modules intended for employers prepared to welcome disabled employees are being studied.
