NANCY. VAT fraud lawsuit: millions of euros gone

With the help of intermediaries and Spanish companies, French car dealers and garage owners circumvented the law, with false VAT invoices for vehicles acquired duty free in Germany. The damage is staggering. They have been tried since Monday for organized gang fraud.
