Valérie Peuletier is a farmer at Gaec Saint Bernardin in Xeuilley, in Saintois. For 8 years, she has offered her chickens, guinea fowl, eggs, in baskets of Farmers’ Plots : a drive launched in the fall of 2012. It allows the inhabitants of Meurthe-et-Moselle to choose online among the fresh seasonal products of 35 local farm producers, all members of the association Peasant flavors.
