NEW YORK — The celebration of Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and in New York one of the most unique gift traditions returns at the Bronx Zoo.
And if you don’t know what to give for this date, the zoo is offering the program again. Name a Cockroach o Name a Roach in which you can name a giant madagascar cockroach for your loved or not so loved one.
“Naming a cockroach is a Valentine’s Day tradition for us. Roses and chocolates come and go, but cockroaches last forever, just like our love!” Susie wrote on the zoo’s website, who made her own order.
In addition to this, the place also offers gift packages that include clothing and the certificate.
Orders must be placed by February 8, 2024 to arrive in time for Valentine’s Day.
