Real estate agents and investors reported that they had received several calls and messages via “WhatsApp” from licensed and approved brokers from “Nakheel” that focused on getting to know their vision of the “Palm Jebel Ali” project, and the type and value of investment that might be their next step in this vital area that promises attractive opportunities and returns. , knowing that we are facing a giant project that requires years of development, and therefore the main developer’s directions must be of a completely flexible nature, so that the steps are well-thought-out and have a solid foundation.

In a survey by Al-Khaleej of real estate investors and developers, they unanimously agreed on the attractiveness of the “Palm Jebel Ali” in the future, as it represents a crowded investment destination and a major destination for the wealthy and those who dream of owning first-class real estate in various residential or tourism sectors.

For its part, “Nakheel” was content with what has been announced so far that the “Palm Jebel Ali” project, which has an area of ​​​​13.4 square kilometers (twice the size of “Palm Jumeirah”), while its beaches are 110 km long, provided that the project embraces more than 80 people.
