A total of 2800 doses of modern vaccines sent from the Indonesian Ministry of Health have been at the Bangkalan Health Office building, Madura, East Java.
The Moderna vaccine made by an American company will be injected into hundreds of health workers in the Bangkalan area, such as health workers in hospitals and those on duty in the health center area.
The head of the Bangkalan Health Office, Sudiyo, said that the Moderna vaccine, which arrived two days ago, was for health workers who had undergone the first and second stages of the Sinovac vaccine.
“Those who are vaccinated against health workers who have undergone the Sinovac phase one and phase two vaccines who have registered themselves. So the Moderna vaccine is a continuation of the Sinovac vaccine,” he said Wednesday (25/8).
