The police arrested the man with the initials AA, the perpetrator naked woman murder at a hotel in Cilandak, South Jakarta. Police reveal the motive behind the murder of the victim because offended is called body odor.
“The motive was to feel offended and emotional because it was said that his body was smelly and dirty,” said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Azis Andriansyah at a press conference at his office, South Jakarta, Monday (6/9/2021).
Azis said the victim and the perpetrator had no previous relationship. The two met in the hotel room after the appointment.
“The victim and the perpetrator did not know each other, but communicated via Michat, then met for the first time that night,” said Azis.
Previously reported, the victim was found died in the bathroom hotel in Cilandak, South Jakarta on Saturday (4/9) afternoon. The victim was found naked.
Police conduct crime scene at the scene of the murder. From the results of the crime scene, the police concluded that there was a crime
homicide related to the victim’s death.
“Then we formed a team to investigate the identity of the perpetrator,” said Azis.
It took less than 24 hours for the police to identify the perpetrator. The police also obtained a description of the perpetrator’s characteristics from the hotel’s CCTV footage.
Next perpetrator caught by police at his hiding place in Bojong Gede, Bogor on Saturday (4/9) night. During the arrest, the police confiscated evidence, one of which was the victim’s cellphone.
