Monday morning, a naked lady (34) drove over a US police officer in the latter’s own company car. The woman had stolen the vehicle from him.
It reports Chicago Tribune and several other U.S. media.
The incident happened just minutes after the police officer stopped to investigate why the naked woman was lying on the street at West Garfield Park in Chicago, according to the local newspaper.
In an attempt to help the woman, she decided to start fighting with the official. It must have been in this moment that she succeeded in taking the police car and driving over him.
The injured policeman was sent to hospital with injuries to his foot and a cut to the head.
“We still do not know why the woman was without clothes and not about the circumstances surrounding the incident,” said David Brown of the Chicago police in a press release.
The woman crashed the police car into another car 30 km away from the accident site, and was then arrested.
The investigation is ongoing and no charges have been brought against the woman so far.
