The incident took place the day before at about 16:00. The guards of the municipal institution Municipal Warta, while on duty in the park, saw a naked man near the monument to the Unknown Sailor. He sat near the Eternal Flame and shouted insults at passers-by, using profanity.
When the guards asked him to stop hooliganism and get dressed, the man reacted aggressively and moved even closer to the fire, which put himself in danger.
Then the guards called the police and an ambulance. The man was persuaded to get dressed and handed over to the arriving medics.
Recall that earlier car passenger showed genitals to patrolmen… The passenger did not react to the policeman’s demands to stop unlawful behavior and publicly bared his genitals.
It was also reported that in Cherkassy a naked man was carried on the roof of the car… In the comments to the video, users suggest that the man could have lost the dispute or was drunk.
