Footage on social networks shows a naked man descending from a balcony of a residential building in Lipetsk, to the delight of neighborhood fans
The Russian media reported on a major drama that took place on the fifth floor of an apartment block in the city of Lipetsk. A video was also released in which a completely naked man descends from a balcony of a residential building. All this before the eyes of dozens of citizens.
Meanwhile, police and officials of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrive at the scene.
In the next scene of the video, the same man is seen who has somehow managed to get hold of a pair of underpants. He is on the outside of an air conditioner in the same building and tries to break a window with his foot, but fails.
Then the structure of the air conditioner fails and the man falls on the terrace, where the enraged neighbors are waiting for him. One of them attacks him with a shovel, but policemen and firemen come to help.

He was pursued by cops, a crowd of angry men, a fireman, and a naked woman saw him off.

He was detained and given medical attention, local media reported.
There is still no official word on exactly what happened in apartment number 128 – but it is believed to be a lover caught by a jealous husband.
