Nahle will denounce businessman Arturo Castagné for moral damage and falsification

Rocío Nahle, candidate of the Let’s keep making history coalition for the governorship of Veracruz, announced that today she will file a complaint for moral damage, defamation, falsification of documents and harassment before the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic against the person who – she said – maintains dirty war against her, in reference to the businessman Arturo Castagné Couturier, who in turn sued her before the same instance for illicit enrichment.

Nahle said that “a person I don’t even know comes out to say so many things. Today I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office for defamation, moral damage, falsification of documents. They falsified some documents for some foreign accounts that I do not have; also for damages to third parties and harassment of me and third parties.”

Accompanied by the presidential candidate of the Let’s keep making history coalition, Claudia Sheinbaum, who has given her all her support, assured that there is “an everyday dirty war against her. Every day there are publications that someone publishes, especially the opposition, because it is a knock. We are in an election and I have to go out every day to deny it, when I have tours of three, four municipalities to visit; I’m already 160”.

He stated that “this has already happened,” which is why he would countersuit. “It’s what I have to do. We are very busy in our campaign and preparing our government, because we are going to win here, in Veracruz,” he said.

In response to accusations that in the convoy that accompanies her there is a truck reported stolen, she responded: “I only have two trucks. Supporters, militants join the tour or accompany me to different events.”

He indicated that the photo of the black truck that was in one of his caravans, and that was reported stolen, is from January 18. “Young people, owners of the truck, who are from Coatzacoalcos, accompanied us. They later returned home, and on March 27, two months later, their truck was stolen; They reported and filed a complaint. They themselves, the owners, had their truck stolen, but the photograph is from January 18,” he insisted.
