Certain guests and the project they come to defend can sometimes echo the lives of other people. This is what happened in Nagui this Wednesday, September 25. The 62-year-old host received in The Original Bands on France Inter Bernard Campan. The former Unknown came to present his play Check up. In it, the actor plays a man in his sixties summoned to the hospital to carry out several health examinations. This pitch visibly awakened Nagui’s memory.
As Mélanie Page’s husband confided, he recently had medical examinations. “When you have done all your analyzes and you arrive in front of the doctor who will read you the results, there is this kind of suspense where you say: ‘What is he going to tell me?’”he revealed to listeners, his columnists and his guest. And the father continues about his doctor: “He started out by making a face and saying: ‘There is a real problem’. And there, sincerely, deep down inside me, I collapsed. I said to myself: ‘But what the hell?’ He’s going to tell me?” Fortunately, the healthcare professional quickly reassured Nagui.

Using a sense of humor often specific to doctors, he told the host: “I’m disappointed because your analyzes are extremely good for a vegetarian and that annoys me. I’m even going to have to stop eating salmon! That was the problem.” A joke which didn’t necessarily make the host laugh a lot, but which had the gift of reassuring him. If he notably animates Don’t forget the lyrics on France 2, Nagui is also a man passionate about music. The one who celebrated the thirty years of his musical show Taratata confided in July in We’re doing TV again on RTL on certain inconveniences that he may have encountered over the years with musicians. “There are artists who have extremely sweet, tender, humanist songs and who behave like pigs off the air. […] And that I no longer want to invite”he revealed, before specifying that he had even gone so far as to tell a guest in his dressing room that he would never invite him again.
