The company ‘Naftogaz of Ukraine‘ explained how to obtain a certificate of absence of debt for gas.
The company’s press office said that timely payment for public services is an important requirement for consumers. It is particularly important to pay for gas regularly, as this ensures an uninterrupted supply of gas to houses and apartments. A certificate of absence of debt for gas may be needed in various situations, for example, when selling real estate, applying for a mortgage or gas supply.
To obtain a certificate of the absence of debts, you can use the company’s personal account.
Log in to your personal Cabinet using your username and password.
Go to the ‘Online Services’ section.
In the list of available documents, find the option ‘Certificate of balance’.
Click the ‘Generate’ button.
After completing these steps, you will be able to obtain the certificate, which you can download or receive to your email address. If any problems occur, please contact ‘Naftogaz of Ukraine’ customer service.
