Nadine Fähndrich shone during the sprint during the Ski Tour 2020 in Are, Sweden. The Lucernoise took 5th place.
Fähndrich thus equaled his second best result in the discipline. Just over a year ago, she took fourth place in Dresden. She had already finished 5th in 2017 in Quebec.
The course did not meet the standards of classic sprints with a long, flat sector in the finish area. The race took place in the finish area of the World Cup alpine ski resort.
