Around three weeks ago there were rumors about a move from Nader Jindaoui to 1. FC Kaiserslautern. The ex-Hertha professional is now training with another club:
Update from October 7th: Former Hertha offensive player and social media star Nader Jindaoui is currently training with Marco Reus’ club in the USA. As the 27-year-old revealed on Instagram, he was invited to Los Angeles by LA Galaxy.
But not FCK: Nader Jindaoui trains with LA Galaxy
“I have been training here for the last few days and this is where we will be for the next few weeks,” said Jindaoui, who has been linked to several German clubs in recent weeks, including 1. FC Kaiserslautern.

Nader Jindaoui has been linked to 1. FC Kaiserslautern
First report from October 3rd: Nader Jindaoui has been without a club since July 1st. Around three weeks ago, rumors arose about a move to 1. FC Kaiserslautern. The Bild newspaper reported that Jindaoui – who is also known as an influencer with over seven million followers on Tiktok and Instagram – was on the Palatinate list.
The winger has a past with Lautern’s technical director Enis Hajri: together with former manager Fredi Bobic, Hajri brought him to Hertha in 2022. He made two professional appearances there last season. Jindaoui otherwise played mainly for the second team in the regional league, for which he played 25 games.
In the summer, Jindaoui was already linked to third division club Alemannia Aachen. In addition, first division clubs from Turkey and the Netherlands are said to have been interested in signing him. The 27-year-old probably rejected these offers – because of Lautern’s interest?
FCK turnaround for Nader Jindaoui? Why a Lautern transfer is becoming more likely
The offensive player fueled the rumor with an Instagram story in which he shared a screenshot with messages from Kaiserslautern fans. “Thank you for the nice news. Great club and great fans,” wrote Jindaoui. Afterwards, however, things became quiet about a possible change.

But this could now change because FCK has injury concerns on the offensive. Aaron Opoku injured his adductors in the final training before the Regensburg game and, according to Bild information, will probably be out for around four weeks. Kenny-Prince Redondo also continues to have toe problems, and new signing Daisuke Yokota also has knee problems. Is that why Jindaoui is now being transferred? Players without a club can be signed at any time… (mab)
