More than 100 games (including Halo Infinite) now support Dolby Vision HDR on Microsoft’s two latest consoles.

In addition to the very best solution for supported TVs, thousands of games will support HDR10 or Auto HDR thanks to the partnership with Dolby. Playstation 5 does not currently support screen technology that delivers up to 40 times brighter light in areas of the games it makes sense, 10 times deeper black level and 12 bit color depth. Dolby Vision naturally works in combination with ray tracing.
There are also continuous firmware updates to supported TVs to deliver Dolby Vision with 120Hz screen update.
For the very best experience, in addition to Dolby Vision, support for ALLM (Automatic Low-Latency Mode) or VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) is required.
